Blessing is a Family Law Solicitor and joined Foskett Marr Gadsby & Head LLP in May 2023.

Blessing has a first-class degree in Law and Masters, as well as attaining numerous academic awards including a Dean’s Award.

Blessing has experience in dealing with a range of Family Law matters, which may arise from a breakdown of a relationship, including disputed child arrangements and the division of assets. Whether through court proceedings or alternate means of reaching an agreement, Blessing assists clients with achieving their desired outcome. Understanding that clients are likely going through difficult and stressful times, Blessing ensures to make the process as simple as possible.

Blessing prides herself in ensuring clients feel listened and supported, whilst providing clear and pragmatic advise. She has been described as empathetic, understanding, and having a calm demeanour.

Recent Highlights Include:

• Dealing with complex Children Act proceedings, including issues such as, relocation (in and outside of the jurisdiction), enforcement of an existing child arrangements order, parental alienation, medical conditions, contested domestic abuse allegations, and alcohol/ illegal substance misuse.
• Assisting and acting for vulnerable clients, including victims of domestic abuse and individuals with mental health issues.
• Achieving successful outcomes in obtaining and defending applications for protective injunctions including, a Non-Molestation Order, Occupation Order and Forced Marriage Protection Order, whilst undertaking advocacy at court hearing.
• Advising in financial remedy proceedings with varied assets and issues.

Blessing is also an active member of the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Committee, organising educational seminars and social networking events.
