• Advising and Representing clients in children act proceedings, involving parenting capacity, welfare and safeguarding, including allegations of domestic abuse, physical, emotional and sexual harm, as well as parental alienation and environmental concerns.
• Acting on behalf of vulnerable clients, including those of complex vulnerability and safeguarding needs.
• Reaching successful outcomes for clients where there are multiple contested issues. Further advising and assisting clients concerning child arrangement issues, with a focus on narrowing issues between the parties and reaching resolution where possible.
