Lifetime Lawyers Accreditations for the Wills, Trusts and Probate team

Foskett Marr Gadsby & Head are pleased to announce that Chantal Percival and Megan Blanchard have achieved the Lifetime Lawyers accreditation (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly).

They are the only two solicitors in Epping and the surrounding area with these qualifications, we are rather proud of them both.

Lifetime Lawyers members are all specialists in older client law, but what sets Lifetime Lawyers members apart from other lawyers are their specialist client care skills that enable them to advise and support older and vulnerable clients.

In essence, the LCP Award is not about legal training, its focus is firmly on evidencing and building good older client service and communications. A 21st century professional service based purely on legal technical expertise will no longer offer enough. Clients can naturally assume that you know the law, but what sets the older client practitioner apart is being able to communicate and translate legal expertise into clear explanations of the options for your client and his family and guiding them through the process sensitively.
