Lynn is a Partner and Team Head of Family and advises on all aspects of the law.

Lynn has a reputation for her top-level practice handling contentious financial proceedings and in dealing with high net value cases. She has great skill in putting clients at ease and provides a clear picture of the situation and will advise on the decisions you need to make with confidence. Understanding a client’s needs and concerns are always her priority.

Lynn is efficient, and direct in her approach and understands the importance of ensuring her clients achieve the financial settlement required for them to move on to a positive future. She takes pride in pushing things forward for her clients and reaching settlements swiftly, without compromising on desired outcomes. She aspires to reach an early settlement, where possible, but has a proven track record of successful court applications where it is not.

Recent highlights include
• Lynn has represented high net worth clients who wish to have a Pre Marital Agreement prepared prior to their marriage. She is regularly instructed by clients who wish to preserve assets, either when they marry or when their children are contemplating marriage. 

Lynn has represented high profile celebrities in respect of divorce and finances.

• Lynn has represented clients who have obtained court orders allowing them to remain living in the family home with the children of the family until the youngest child is 18 years of age, thereby securing the client and their children’s future for many years.

• She has been successful in defending actions under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 where one party is threatening to make an application for a property to be sold.

• Lynn has advised numerous clients which involved the parties reaching complex financial settlements. 

• Lynn regularly acts on behalf of parties who are considering living together and require a Cohabitation agreement to formalise their living arrangements. Lynn also advises on the breakdown of a relationship and strives for the separation to be resolved in an amicable manner.

• She has also advised on private children matters including where and with whom the children shall live, contact disputes as well as leave to relocate applications.
